The process of reserving my unit was very easy and the person I spoke to was very pleasant. Was unable to do paperwork on line because the system was down. I was not told there is no office at this location. Luckily there was a construction worker at the facility and told me where the closest office was to do my paperwork while a very helpful customer service person was on the phone trying to help me also. Eventually after a trip across town I was able to get checked in. The gentleman that checked me in was also very pleasant.

I know that I can in my unit when ever I want. I have to wait for business hours, because of my work schedule the business never hours wouldn't work for me. So thank you for having people like me in mind.

Had problems with the first storage unit I was set up with. I called and they set me up with Advantage. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad they did. I feel so much better leaving my stuff there. Nice location, nice units, safe and secure!
