The facility is fully secured through the use of video cameras and electronic, gated access. Tenants have access to their unit 7 days a week. ***Please Note: You are agreeing to a least a 3 Month minimum Contract and must pay 3 months upfront Also, if you Move- In after the 11th. You are required to pay the prorate for the month, the next 3 months in full and the 1 time 18 Admin Fee.***

Need to return calls and think more about customer support

I payed holding,deposit and first month fee came back to rent a truck paid 2nd month I could not take pictures of all the scratches on the truck so I decided not to rent. Came back with another truck and my things just to find my unit was locked after I just paid so I left a message no contact I called extra storage space and left. Now they trying to charge me for a month to month storage unit.

I was able to make a reservation from this place via self storage website but when we arrived it was closed at 2pm on a Saturday. The hours say 5pm. Us and other customers are waiting outside and calling and no one knows why the place is closed early. Very inconvenient after driving there with a uhaul.
