I rented online before arriving to the area. Upon arrival, access codes did not work, unit was dirty (I had to sweep it out), and the unit was NOT climate controlled. Spend nearly 3-hours total time trying to get a property unit and one nearly next to it was offered (same situation), AND the lock code for the unit was incorrect anyway. Had to nearly yell at customer service (who I could only communicate with via text as no one would answer the phone or return calls), and ended up having to take the originally offered unit as my shipment arrived before I could secure a true climate controlled unit. I'll be suing the company for time AND damages should any of my goods be damaged.

if you don't actually need climate control; can put up with lax customer service; and deal with long waits to access your paid for unit.

This facility is unfinished & under construction, however I see no work being done or any progress toward completion. Many screws and tire hazards litter the access roads. The check in process was easy, which is a plus.
