to whom it may concern customer service was outstanding. The place was so clean. I can eat off the floor storage space was very good. I am very happy that I made the right choice for the customer service in the facility. Great communication, love the atmosphere would recommend this to everyone that I know.

I reserved my storage and needed to change the move in date as the movers were not coming on the scheduled day. Karen was very helpful and even advised on what unit to get to save me money so the movers won’t have to charge for a long haul. She was very patient and explained all the terms of the month to month contract. When i got to the storage facility I waited about 5 mins for Karen to attend to me because she was cleaning the surrounding storage units which I was happy to see. I did not mind waiting for her because to me this showed they care about the cleanliness of the facility. Reservation, checkout and move in was easy and efficient! Thank you Karen.
