The lady that helped me got me in and out quickly and covered everything overall it was a pleasant experience

The place is well maintained and the customer service was great, however the pricing was not what we expected. We reserved a unit at a promotional price that stated that if we paid the remainder of the month, we would receive the next month free. When I got there, I was informed that even though we reserved it during that promotion, it would not be honoured because there were so few units of that size remaining. That we would only receive 50% off the second month. This was very disappointing, and if I’d had more time, I probably would have gone elsewhere for this reason.

Cusomer service was efficient, quick, and friendly.
