Ruth made my move so much easier. Great customer service, she was so nice and helpful, did my paperwork in a flash! Helped me feel comfortable with the unit I was renting, I was nervous about it being in the "basement", but she was right it was fine. You take an elevator and it is very well lit and air-conditioned. She even helped with the wifi on my phone. Awesome job, thanks so much.

When I explained I needed air controlled temp for storing my moms LP collection along with all my collectables and belonging because I could not afford my house any more. The girl explained that not all storage centers use air conditioners like they do. Some use water coolers which could damage my things with excess moisture along with letting me know one of the places i was considering was in a basement I knew this storage place was for me. Very clean and well maintained not like the Public Storage I used to use which was full of bugs.

Good place to rent a storage unit

Keep looking. I was a customer for two tests and my stuff got stolen out of one of my units. The facility managers Ruth and mark didn’t help find out who did this. We are pursuing legal action and the cops are investing the facility. Just keep looking, avoid this place like the plague. Not worth it. Also wherever you decide to store make sure you take pictures of all your items and the lock you put on the unit. If your items get stolen the only way to prove it is if you have those things. Insurance will not cover it if you don’t prove what you had was stolen.
