Keep looking. I was a customer for two tests and my stuff got stolen out of one of my units. The facility managers Ruth and mark didnât help find out who did this. We are pursuing legal action and the cops are investing the facility. Just keep looking, avoid this place like the plague. Not worth it. Also wherever you decide to store make sure you take pictures of all your items and the lock you put on the unit. If your items get stolen the only way to prove it is if you have those things. Insurance will not cover it if you donât prove what you had was stolen.

NEGATIVE 0 FOR THIS PLACE. DO NOT RENT FROM STOR N LOCK IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA.I HAD THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF MERCHANDISE STOLEN RIGHT OUT OF MY UNIT. MY ALARM DOOR WAS SET OFF TWICE BY RUTH MANAGER AND THEN CALLED ME TO INFORM ME ALL MY BELONGINGS WERE STOLEN.HOW DID SHE KNOW MY THINGS WERE STOLEN? CAMERAS DON'T WORK THE DAY MY STUFF WAS STOLEN. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS ...DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
