Teresa, our move-in specialist, was very helpful with the rental, but also with area services and localities. She knows her business and makes the move-in as easy as can be. She went out of her way to make sure we had the storage unit we needed and wanted.

Joy was amazing got us set up fast and even help keep my two toddlers occupied while I filled out the paper work. 10/10

Good location. Easy access. Clean facility, the manager, John, always keeps the grounds clean, no trash laying around. He is also very customer service oriented. He knows his customers by name and is very polite and knowledgeable to speak with. He makes the renting process quick and easy. I highly recommend this storage facility!

So pleased that. I'm going to get a second one.

I have been renting from John James for nearly 8 years now, and have also rented Uhaul trucks from there many times. I will never go anywhere else!
