They had no record of our reservation - Brenda had not changed the date in the record even though I received an email with our correct move date. At first we were told there was nothing available - then the young man moved some things around and found one but NOT what we reserved or wanted. We had our things so had to take it. It was the 5ft long 10 wide which is NOT what we reserved 2 weeks ago. We were not compensated in any way for this mix up which was on your end not ours. If we had been able to find another company at that time we would have. I think this was very poor customer service to take our reservation - send daily emails and then NOT have our unit when we arrive. We were very dissatisfied and won't be recommending this company to anyone.
