Ok so $75 move in to find that there are no carts and I'm on the second floor, 2 freight elevators for the whole facility and lots of foot traffic in and out. I tried the contactless online rental first, and received an error message RIGHT AFTER I PAID, so I had to go into the office anyway, had to pay again and go on faith that the first pending charge would disappear the following day as uncompleted, which it did. But it was very stressful paying that $75 twice that day. I will say the manager there is great. Great customer service. Very professional and also friendly and accommodating. When I returned to the office to request a unit that was closer to the elevator, she immediately found me a unit that was way better located and had me transferred and out of the office in about 5 minutes. She knows her property and definitely instilled confidence in the facility. I not sure I would have rented the unit from anyone else.
