I had a pleasant experience with the staff and facilities.

I was given the deal of first month free, I was only pay fees which came to 48.00. I called the day of move in to give payment and they charged me 140.00 even tho it says on my confirmation first month free. Tried calling the actual on site agent the next business day and they are out for a week. They wouldn't give me access to the unit til I payed the 140.00 so now I have to wait a week to try to get my approximate 100.00 back.
