Gloria was amazing & so extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed & to fit my needs. I am pregnant & had a hard time standing and she made sure to help me be as comfortable as possible to ensure I got what I wanted and needed.

My storage unit needed to be swept out. It had broken pieces of plastic storage container, dirty floor and cobwebs. I still used it but wonder if you expect me to leave it cleaner when I move out?
