Check in was super easy. I did it on line and got the 25 dollar adm fee waved. When I arrive I was greeted very courteously and promptly be staff. She took me to the unit to make sure it would work for me.
The only thing I found negative was that they require you have at least 2,000 dollars worth of insurance on the unit. I'm storing music gear and already carry insurance that would cover anything that might happen. So I found it was waste of money to pay 10 dollars for something I don't need. That's why I gave them 4 instead of 5 on the pricing.
I spent a few hours there on Friday and Saturday. I found that it wasn't over crowded. Few people moving in and out, but with all of the cameras I felt very safe and that my gear would be safe too.
They also have a restroom and water fountain that you always have access too. Not to many places can say that.
