My husband and I moved here from TN and needed a climate controlled storage space immediately upon arrival to St. Louis. I sourced online for Storage Unit companies closest to our apartment and found the Life Storage on Manchester Avenue, making a reservation online. I was promptly contacted by the management, who confirmed the promotion I wanted and also answered all of my questions. Upon arrival to the facility (which has convenient access to unload and transport to storage), Larry and Terry were consummate professionals in facilitating our reservation - introducing us to the space, facilitating the paperwork, and even offering added guidance to a few hiccups we were having with excess items. They are both very seasoned in their profession, as well as personable. I have complete confidence that my month to month experience having a storage unit at their location will be a smooth one. But if I have an issue going forward, I’m also confident that Terry and Larry will assist with a successful resolve.

I think I'll be using this place for awhile. An just seeing the people who works there.take their time to clean up.say alot about the place.. an the they are nice as they can be....

Haven't been here long but so far so good. Don't have any complaints...

The facility is quite clean and well lit. Logistically navigating is made easy with lots of maps (of units) posted all around.
