Michelle was excellent. We were running behind but she kept in touch with us all day. Estimated we had the wrong storage & gave us the correct one. Went over & beyond!!! Was terrific!! Amazing!!

I reserved a storage unit online as it was offered at an online discount. Within an hour, I had received a call to set up an appointment at the storage facility. When I went to sign off on the unit, the lady that assisted me, her name was Simone, was very courteous and helpful. The transaction was efficient and reasonably fast. Altogether the experience was pleasant.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF. Dee was wonderful & explained everything I needed to make my decision to go with Public Storage. In addition, Chelsea was AWESOME & VERY PATIENT with my DAILY Questions & was able to help me make a determination of a few storage situations. Thanks so Much!!!!
