Wonderful Customer Service and very smart and helpful staff! Amanda took me through step by step and made sure I knew how to access my storage and watched me do the key pad to be sure ! So friendly and kind Erica in the phone at location made me feel confident in the in-line booking! Great deal ! She was so kind and patient! Such a beautiful clean and well lite with cameras everywhere I felt safe and now I k ow my belongs in there are age! Petaluma Self Storage was wirh my driving there ! Very satisfied

Storage units were very clean; space was secured with cameras, locked doors and lights everywhere. Super high-tech office with wonderful staff; Susan and Brenda were so helpful!
