2. You\u2019ll love the Heritage District in Downtown Gilbert<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Heritage District<\/a> offers residents more than 30 restaurants to choose from, a farmers market, and the Hale Centre Theatre for live shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if you\u2019re looking for an adult night out, you have to find The White Rabbit<\/a>. The 20\u2019s themed speak easy, which does require a secret password to get in\u2014though it\u2019s not too hard to find. While still under limited capacity due to Covid-19, this market is open year round every Saturday just west of the Water Tower in Downtown Gilbert. Here you can find anything from waffles to food for your dog\u2014and there\u2019s free parking nearby as well!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Gilbert is set for prosperity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a recent report by the Economic Innovation Group<\/a>, Gilbert is the top city for prosperity in the year 2020, with neighboring cities of Chandler<\/a> and Scottsdale also ranking high on the list. The report highlights Gilberts booming and highly-educated population, which attracts business and jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This report also highlights the booming population growth that comes from this prosperity as Gilbert\u2019s population has more than doubled since the year 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. The price of Gilbert<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, even an amazing place like Gilbert does have a darkside, namely the cost of living.
