She had a great positive and friendly attitude that made the process of leasing my first storage room quite an easy and fun experience. This facility is outstanding and they maintain it well. This is my second time using a storage facility, and I was pleasantly surprised with the ease with which we signed up and moved into our unit. The unit was immaculate, and the building is clean and well-lit. Climate control is great, so I know my stored items will be well-cared-for. It doesn't have 24-hour access, but the access hours are extensive and reasonable. There are several elevators to accommodate move-ins and move-outs. Most of the units are not directly accessible from the outside, but that's a minor issue given how we plan to use the unit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the signup process was quick and easy. Highly recommended!
