$70 a month (initially $80 with admin fee etc.) -- insurance and 5x5 unit. 24/7 access. Clean enough. Heated and cooled. $50 would be a cheap price point, $60 more fair. $70 is about as much as I'll pay. Assistant manager was very kind. The best customer service I've ever had in a storage place.

I have rented twice from this facility for a total of about 2 years. In all of that time, Gary and Kim were always helpful and jovial. The service they gave was beyond expectation and half the benefit of being a renter at this location was enjoying their terrific personalities! The location was conveniently just south of center-Charlotte and I loved having 24-hr access. I always felt safe due to staff living above the office next to the gate. This was the best storage facility I have used!

Gave exactly what I needed She was courteous to the fact of showing me all the units i inquired about and didn't mind. I liked the fact that she was willing to match prices
