Exceptionally clean inside the storage depot. I know my stuff will be well cared for inside my locked unit.

Every now and then I run across employees, asst. managers, & managers that have provided good customer service, but the manager (Lilah)at Big Tree provides EXCELLENT service and hospitality like no other. Going above and beyond is an understatement, as she is always assisting me with my unit as well as my mailbox issues. I honestly look forward to communicating with her, because I enjoy her warm personality, friendly smile, attitude, and above all, her professionalism. I've been a tenant there for a little over a year and have not regretted choosing Big Tree one bit. If gold medals are distributed, I hope she receives one and then some.
